I'm a Nanny and Doula. One of the parents that I work, asked me to take her daughter to Pottery Kids store at King of Prussia Mall - PA to the story time every Tuesday from 11am-11:30am, she had received a email saying that this store is doing every week for the all year, also that each kid will receive a store passport and after 5 visits, the kid will get a book. I arrived 3 or 5 minutes late and was just us. I asked the worker if the story time will be there, she said yes, but she said that they can't do the history time and told me to read by myself to the little girl. I was like, weird cause all of the history times in another places are read by them not the parents, but fine, I sit and and read one book. Then I keep looking at them waiting to ask more questions about the other days, she keeping standing at the cashier and didn't want to talk to us. And the little girl didn't got the book passport that says on the advertisement of the history time. Then I thought: 1) they treat me like that because I'm a Nanny? I'm not the parent? Or because I'm a black Nanny? Horrible people, terrible people.
Nothing wrong with staff; they were super nice, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. However I felt that price was not right for a bed made of particle board. We ended up buying the bed somewhere else.
I asked if I could use the changing table for my daughter when the "red hair lady" said: yes if you are buying something or you have to go to the food court. I'm sorry I wasn't buying anything from there today. But I did order 2 BiG gifts for her for Christmas online ( first anywhere chair and rocking bunny). She also had her whole nursery from PB ...And I was going to start a registry for my baby due in May 2017. By such an unpolite response they just lost a customer and maybe others who will read this review.

Gave one star because I am unable to give 0 stars. Ordered furniture in march for baby due July 1z Upon following up on my order online I learned that it wouldn't be delivered until august 15. We received no update, no notification of this delay. In calling customer service they were not helpful- got the run around. Unfortunately, we had similar experience with a sofa we ordered from pottery barn. Mea culpa- we never should have never trusted them again. DO NOT ORDER from pottery barn or their subsidiaries if you need a piece of furniture within 6-9 months.
We wanted to buy a bed for our daughter so we checked multiple places including PB.
I love this store and I love buying things for my child here. Look for sales
