Check in was pretty quick, first floor hallway smelled like dirty diapers. The room was pretty clean, bathtub needed cleaning had a rim around the bottom of the tub. Don't expect much for breakfast, they had a pack of instant oatmeal, muffin, coffee and tea. I called the front desk because I left my toothpaste and although they offer complimentary items, toothpaste was not one of them. Key cards stopped working on the second day we had to walk around in the rain to find a door that was open.
The most disgusting hotel ever. If there was a negative star it still wouldn't describe the lack of sanitation this place displays. There were stains on the mattress. Mold on grouting/caulk in shower. Hair on the sheets. Honestly I slept on the pleather couch cause it's the only thing I could wipe down myself. I work for the second largest insurance company in the country and this was a paid by them "thankfully" for only 1 night. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP.
The room is plain, facilities are plain, breakfast is plain, everything is plain, but we knew this when we booked the hotel. For the money you pay, it's a good hotel. We only needed a clean bed to sleep and a clean bathroom, and that's what we got and payed for. So we are happy
the room was comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I love everyone there was friendly. easy to get to the hotel. close to lots of great places to visit.
Where do I begin. Well my husband and I have been here for 2 weeks almost. I could not ask for better customer service. The rooms are like being at home and with me being from N.C. and no family in the area this is a 5 star plus for me. I don't feel like I am at a hotel. Jay
Is totally awesome. Monica is the light of customer service. Housekeepers are amazing. All the workers are terrific. I recommend this extended stay.
