Stayed over the weekend, and was very happy. The Front Desk especially Ms.Felicia was very helpful and personable. The room was nice, but I found a rogue gummi bear in between the head board on the and mattress, and the shower had a few hairs in it. So I guess the cleaning staff needs some glasses. The breakfast was amazing. I would stay again.
Nice hotel. All staff was friendly. Had no problems during our stay. Was there in the winter, so I can comment on outdoor pool, etc. But the outdoor pool and large courtyard area looked inviting, had it been nice weather.
Very good experience at Best Western. Good price, nice room, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend to Family and Friends who are in the area looking for a nice hotel. There is always something for everyone at breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Will definitely be staying here again! The service, comfort, and amenities were far beyond my expectations. The fitness center (once you find it) is AWESOME--tons of unique equipment and there's a yoga studio! My room was extremely comfortable. The tall ceilings made it feel much bigger and the bed was fantastic. I also appreciate that they had Pantene products instead of the generic stuff some hotels use that leaves me feeling greasy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Best Western Plus is the new Holiday Inn. Stayed here following a wedding I attended in Philadelphia. Much more affordable than anything closer to Philly, and it was just a short drive to get to. Nothing about this place is fancy, but it doesnt have to be at the price you pay. Had a king size bed that was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a simple, but comfortable place to stay a night or two.
