The concierges were helpful and kind. There was construction on much of the building so it was clear that renovations are under way. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were comfy. Overall a great experience!
Poor show. Parts of building boarded up and under repair. One single creaking elevator. No room service. No pantry next to reception.

They are updating and it is much better, but they are still doing some construction. I'm sure it will be done soon
