My husband said they were very helpful when he was trying to find my engagement ring, but once we went to get it resized, it was all downhill from there. They've had my ring for 3 weeks and it is still not done, and the customer service is horrible. They've contacted the wrong number twice and tried to tell us we didn't buy the insurance when we have a receipt that says we did. I'd advise you to go somewhere else for your perfect ring.
I came in to order a name plate necklace. They are a bit behind in technology because you can't see how the necklace would look at all before you buy it and there's no samples in the store either. Before I made the purchase I asked the saleswoman if I was able to return the necklace if I didn't like it. She said, "of course, this is zales!". The tracking information was incorrect and customer service was extremely rude to me & the store was no help at all. Once I finally received my order, I hated it. I told the gentleman I wanted to get a refund and he said, " Oh we don't do that because it's custom". I said that's not what I was told. He didn't even bother to ask anyone if that was the policy. All he cares about was getting back to his conversation with his friend who was in the store not purchasing anything. I called customer service and they said they have a 60 day return policy for this reason and the store should have honored it! I will never purchase from this zales AGAIN! I did get my name plate but from in Philly and I got to pick my script and actually see it.
Worst place EVER!!! Most prejudice and racial customer service experience I EVER felt.

Someone stole my debit card number and ordered jewelry from here. Zales keeps charging my account for this bogus sale. Be very careful. zales will never get any of my business again.
