I would not do business with this kind of unprofessionalism and lack of communication.
One of the rings had an old gemstone. It came back to me with a big cloudy looking imperfection.
Super friendly and professional my best experience with a jewelry store
Poor communication and ruined my old family ring.
I decided to go there anyway the next day, and behind the counter was the same woman I had spoken to on the phone, along with a manager. After showing them the ring, the manager went over to a case with the associate, and pulled out a Smart Value ring, stating that she could exchange my ring for that one. She insisted that it was the same ring, and that it looked exactly like mine, which I kept explaining wasn't the case. They both were solitaire diamonds in a 14 kt. white gold setting, but the Smart Value diamond was much cloudier, and the band was smaller. These differences were very noticeable, but the manager and associate kept insisting to the point of getting irate that I was wrong.
When they did not call again, I called and they told me that there was no problem and I can pick up my rings.
Very professional quick service for repairs
Called this location to check on a custom wedding ring order and diamond band that was ordered over 3 weeks ago that I already paid almost $700 for. I was informed via email that the order was delayed and that I would be contacted when they were in. I didn’t receive a call for over 10 days so I called tonight to check on the order. I first spoke to a sales person then was transferred over to the manger Megan who was extremely rude. She said “We have a lot of thing that were suppose to be here that aren’t.” No apology, no explaination and very short and rude basically saying it’s not her fault that it’s not there. If the order wasn’t paid for already I absolutely would find elsewhere to shop. Do not shop here.
I got worried when they did not call and called them myself. They informed me that one of the rings was resized to the wrong size and that they would call me in a few days.
My fiancé had purchased an engagement ring off of the website, but unfortunately it arrived with a crooked setting. I brought the ring to the King of Prussia location in order to have it either repaired or exchanged, the latter of which was advised by two different corporate representatives I had spoken to, as repairs typically take up to three weeks. I called first the Helzberg store to confirm that they could do an even exchange, but the woman who had answered the phone didn't seem to know anything about how to do this.
Finally, the manager stated that she could send off my ring for repair, and that it would only take a few days. This was contrary to everything corporate told me, as well as what the associate had even said on the phone the day before. When I stated this, the manager got increasingly rude, insisting that she was right. As she called corporate herself, I decided to wander over to the jewelry case with the solitaire rings, and noticed that they indeed had my exact ring in stock, which was the Prima line. When I brought this to the associate's attention, she stated, "Well, the customer is always right, even if they're wrong," and then laughed. The associate told the manager, who just got off the phone at this point, and the manager actually said to me that that wasn't my ring. She said that I paid $100 less. I explained that my fiancé actually had found a coupon code that took that amount off the price, and that I knew for certain that that was the ring, as I picked it out... not to mention we still have the receipt and email order confirmation stating that that was the ring. She asked me what website I got the code from, and I told her that I don't recall at the moment, but that I knew the code, and it was actually still valid for a few more days. She disregarded what I said, and instead focused on the fact that I simply couldn't recall the website.
I had two rings resized and the people at the shop told me that they would call by the end of the week.
Anyway, she finally wrapped things up by doing an exchange and sending the ring out to be sized, and stated that it would be a few days, after which she could send it out to me rather than have me pick it up. I have not yet received it, as this was on Friday, and it is only Monday now, but I hope that nothing else goes wrong. Terrible, horrible customer service by people who don't seem to know anything about jewelry or how to treat customers. We won't be buying our wedding bands here.
