Not really to user friendly lol. If you need technical help or just wanna ask an general question. Good luck getting an associate to stop and/or hold their attention for more then two mins.
Had a terrible experience today with the customer service in the store when trying to get an upgrade. Asked to speak to the manager and the blonde lady rudely claimed she was the manager and there was nothing she could do to help me. Will not be going back.
So then I continued to wait for one of the gentlemen to be available. As I was waiting for over 15 minutes, a couple comes in and goes right to the counter as another customer had just left and so then I had to wait another 20 minutes. Absurd. I'm not one to complain but I was treated so rudely, and waited that long to then be told I couldn't be given a SIM card because I went through Flash Wireless SPRINT. By the same gentlemen that had a terrible attitude in the beginning of my visit. The very kind gentlemen that tried to help me with the SIM even before he was done with his previous customers, told me he was very sorry and he couldn't do anything to help because that was his MANAGER. The manager?! He should be fired!! He became angry with me and red in the face for even asking about why I could not aquire a SIM and treated his guests horribly. I feel sorry for the people who work under him. I didn't get out of there until 8:35! Empty handed, I was then told by someone at the apple store that they still should have given me a SIM card because they're free and that they do have terrible customer service because they're corporate. Go figure. Well, I wanted to thank the nice gentlemen who tried to help us. He was very kind. But don't ever go to this store.
I wish I had read the other reviews before I went to this location. My phone is on a group account and they would not help at all, without the account owner present at the store. The account owner lives in New York. They would not speak with her on the phone, and would not call her, to verify it was her. They indicated the issue was "privacy". All the staff, including the manager, did was say "we can only help the account owner". I had all the account information, pin, etc and a bill. This meant nothing to them. Also, they would not let me cancel my phone without the account owner present. BTW, I went to another Sprint location and they helped me without a problem. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
I was just visiting the store last night, it was 8:00 pm and I wasn't greeted. I was confused about where to go to be helped. So I approached two gentlemen sitting behind the main counter in the back. They both looked at me blankly as I asked where I could be helped to acquire a Sprint SIM card for an iPhone 5. He begrudgingly told me that "one of those guys can help you with that" and pointed to the two sales men who were occupied at the time. I asked if there was any sort of line, he then replied, "There's kind of like a superficial line going on there." Superficial??
I've had one bad and several mediocre experiences at this store. Salesman seemed to take it personally that I didn't want to change my plan, even though it made no sense to do it. People here seem to treat you like you're bothering them. I only go here because it's close to where I work.
