Had a pretty quick run. Already knew what we wanted, but the staff were just as willing to help. I just wish they had the item in the exact color we wanted. Cyber Monday sale still going on, but only on select items. Oh, and they'll be closing at 10pm this Saturday instead of usual 9pm cos of the festive season.
Best Buy has become a go-to place when I need basic computer technology items. Prices vary from MSRP to really good Sales.
TWO terrible experiences in Two weeks here both with the same "manager" Sophia. Completely rude and inconsiderate. I spent 30 minutes looking at headphones until I found a pair on sale for $15. 5 pairs were on the rack for this price. Turns out an employee put them on the wrong rack and two sales agents verbally promised to over ride and price match but when Sophia came out it was a completely different story. She basically called me a liar and made a comment about the headphones being " maybe out of my price range then" . I will never do business at this store again. Amazon it is .
The staff here are absolutely out of this world with how much they know and care about the products and clients that they offer and target. I've been coming here for years, and they always continue to impress. For transactions large or small, the staff always builds a very personable relationship. If you're looking for more than a "grab and go" solution, there is no better Best Buy than the one in King of Prussia.
The nice cashier gave me the biggest bag for the very small peice of merchandise I bought. I was very thankful and donated a dollar to St. Jude's thanks to her.
