The one young lady Delon is such a pleasure to see every time I go in there.
Our visit this time wasn't as pleasant as it usually is. They were short handed and the shift manager seemed like she couldn't handle running the drive thru (taking orders, making drinks, and taking the money). She was flusted and short with everyone. Her voice was so loud I could hear her taking the next person's order via the speaker and we had already drove up to the window to pay.
This is a zero star rating but you already know Google MAKES you give at least one star. I ordered a baked potato with broccoli and cheese among other things thru the drive thru. The young lady asked me to pull to the side and wait....no problem. Ten minutes and 5 other cars serviced later I go in to find my potato was never made. They didnt even have the common sense to come out and tell me this! I wonder how long I would've had to wait if I didn't choose to park and go in! The young lady was very apologetic but all that night manager did was blame the day staff. I got my refund and left! Next time I'll go to Norriton or Chik fil a. This is my 2nd and last bad experience at this location.
I love Wendy's food. In my opinion it is the best fast food has to offer.
It's cheap & the food is of moderate quality. Its almost guaranteed that your order will not be correct if going thru the drive-thru, so double check your order before pulling away.
