I've now been to The Container Store in KOP twice and I've had fantastic experiences both times. I walked out last night saying, "Why can't every store have staff that friendly!?" During my first visit, I was buying a closet organization system and the extremely sweet employee helped me walk around and find everything I needed. Turns out one of the items I bought was the wrong size, so I had to exchange it last night and the process was quick (in and out in 5 minutes), easy, and once again the staff was incredibly friendly. In addition to the amazing staff, this store has everything under the sun. We even found a great food dish system for our cats! (We'd been searching pet stores for months and hadn't been able to find exactly what we were looking for). Love this store! Will definitely return as I find more home projects that need organizing!
So many wonderful things and novel ideas about how to organize any space! Just be prepared for how quickly the cost goes up.
