On Thursday 10/12, I went to this establishment with my mom looking for new dining room furniture and was greeted by a respectful young gentleman by the name of Gilbert. He kindly assisted my mom with her selection of choice and walked her through the process of her purchase. He made the process simple and timely. Going forward I will make a point of going to this specific location so that I can be helped by Gilbert with professionalism and knowledge of products of this store. Thank you again, appreciate it.
Went to the store to buy a recliner for my husband. Every time I was greeted at the door with a smile. I bought the chair and the application process was easy and not time consuming. I was able to set up my delivery date and the tracking system was awesome. I knew exactly when they were at my front door. Elvis and his team assembled the chair and showed my husband the features. He was impressed with the chair and the staff and he is a bigger critic than me. Great deals and great people, I would recommend them to everyone without hesitation.
We went to look for Sofa sets. We found great prices and most of all a great shopping experience. We have been shopping furniture for last 10-12 years but have never experienced such a great customer service. The sales rep. Katrina helped us every step of the process. The manager Lamont and Accounts rep. Jennifer were all very helpful. We had three small kids with us running around but they kept the kids entertained while we peacefully shopped. Thanks a lot !
Went to the King of Prussia store last night looking for a bed and nightstand for my guest room. Was warmly greeted by Sally upon entering who directed me to the correct area of the store. Had a large selection of beds and all pricing and information was clearly marked. We ended up finding something that was well made and under budget! The quality of their furniture was much better than I expected since I have never been there before. Sally wrote up the purchase and we scheduled delivery for early next week. They also have an amazing little café in store that offers beverages, ice cream and candy if you want a treat at no charge. This was a very good experience and I would definitely shop there again.
