Love Macy's and their customer service but I was totally surprised by the customer service of the Sun Glass hut in Macy's. It totally disappointed me that Macy's has a vendor with such bad customer service in their store. Will never buy from SunGlass hut again. 5 Stars are only for Macys and the manager who assured me she will bring this up with them.
I had a very good experience at King of Prussia cosmetic Dept. today. Mary Liz is a very good Clinic Sales person. She is quite knowledgeable and generous with her product samples. I look forward to seeing her whenever I am in the store.
What a nice experience from the first I walked in the door today. It was the first time I was in Macy's in King of Prussia and I wasn't sure where the women's Department was. A helpful individual that work there is squirted me right to the escalator. when I got off the escalator another woman was walking by and asked if she could help me and I told her what I was looking for and she walked me right over to where the blouses I wanted were. When checking out the woman that at the cashier with nothing but smiles and helpful. It was a great experience period thank you Macy's!
Very well decorated for the holiday. There was a lot of people working so help was readily available.
