Great store with a lot of training classes and events. The items are a bit expensive, but very high quality
I love LLBean! Awesome warranty on their products, which are worth the price. They are not cheap, but the quality makes up for it. Also, they have a wide variety of products. This store is a small one, so the variety isn't great, but they are happy to order it for you.
Last time I was there, a week ago, I walked around the store, passed at least 2 or 3 associates, and no one said "hi" or asked if I needed help....And I did, couldn't find a shirt size. So, I left with my gift card and no shirt. I can order online and find my size.

I just had the best experience at the LL Bean in KOP - I was trying to exchange a coat my husband got me for Christmas - I decided I wanted a different size. Now, of course, coats are no longer really in stock, but the clerk found our order in the system (I didn't have the receipt and forgot my husband's credit card) and found the same coat, in the right size (different color) for me to try on. When I was wishy washy on switching colors, he did an inventory search and found my coat in a nearby city. Not only did he do this, he offered to have them ship it to me. He was so patient and helpful - I honestly went in there thinking I'd get a store credit and have to get the other color since mine was soldout (online, too) or save it for the fall to try to find one I like again. Nope! I'm getting the coat I want!! THANKS!!!!
