I've been here 3 times, and each time my order has taken more than 15 minutes to come out. I was late to work today because they took 20 minutes to realize they gave my food to someone else. The cashier treated me as if it were my fault and was rude. When I asked for a refund (the food was untouched and I was in the process of asking for a refund when they rushed and threw together a cold breakfast sandwhich) the cashier stalled saying that she needed a managers approval. The manager never came. Never stopping in here again, Duck Donuts is better anyway.
